Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Business App Numbers (the "Service"), operated by Craft Teknoloji Yatırımları Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Türkiye). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Business App Numbers lets authorized businesses connect their WhatsApp Business accounts through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform and manage messaging from a web application. The Service depends on Meta's platform and APIs.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity in your workspace. You must be authorized to connect any WhatsApp number you add.

3. Customer responsibilities & acceptable use

• Comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform terms, policies, and messaging rules.
• Obtain any required consent from the people you message.
• Do not use the Service for spam, unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to breach security or interfere with the Service.

4. Meta / WhatsApp dependency

WhatsApp, the WhatsApp Business Platform, and related APIs are provided by Meta. We are an independent platform, not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta. Meta may change, suspend, or discontinue its platform, which may affect the Service. Approval of any Meta permission or review is determined by Meta and is never guaranteed.

5. Subscriptions & payment

Paid features require an active subscription billed through Stripe. Charges recur until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the customer portal. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. An eligible subscription is required to connect a production WhatsApp number.

6. Coexistence

Where you choose Coexistence, your number remains active in the WhatsApp Business App. We use only Meta-supported flows and do not migrate or deregister your number.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and content, is owned by Craft Technology or its licensors. You retain rights to your own content and data.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Craft Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse. See Data Deletion for what happens to your data.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts of İstanbul, Türkiye.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
